Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions for Search iGaming Conference

1. Definitions

   1. Organizer: The Event Organizer, which is the seller of the tickets.
   2. Buyer/Participant: A natural or legal person purchasing ticket(s) for the Conference.
   3. Conference: The Search iGaming Conference (SIC) event, held on April 16, 2026, in Cyprus.
   4. Ticket: A document (electronic or printed) confirming the Participant's right to attend the Conference.

2. General Provisions

   1. These Terms constitute a public offer and govern the relationship between the Organizer and the Buyer arising from the purchase of a Ticket and participation in the Conference.
   2. The purchase of a Ticket by the Buyer signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Ticket Purchase and Payment

   1. The Ticket sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer fully pays the cost of the Ticket.
   2. The cost of the Ticket is determined in accordance with the Organizer's pricing policy in effect at the time of purchase. All prices are indicated in EUR and include VAT (if applicable under Cyprus law).
   3. Payment for the Ticket is made through third-party payment systems. The Organizer is not responsible for failures in the operation of payment systems.
   4. The Ticket is personal and cannot be transferred to another person without the prior written consent of the Organizer. Participant substitution (Ticket transfer) is possible no later than 14 days before the start of the Conference, subject to payment of an administrative fee of €25.

4. Cancellation, Postponement, and Refunds

   1. Refunds at the Buyer's Initiative
      The Buyer has the right to request a refund for the purchased Ticket in writing. Refunds are processed according to the following rules: For cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the Conference: 70% of the Ticket price is refunded. For cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the Conference: No refund will be issued. All refund requests must be sent to [email protected] Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the approval of the request.
   2. Cancellation or Postponement at the Organizer's Initiative
      The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Conference due to reasons beyond its control (force majeure, pandemic-related restrictions, etc.). In case of cancellation of the Conference, 100% of the Ticket price will be refunded to the Buyer. In case of postponement of the Conference, the Buyer has the right to use their Ticket for the new date or request a full refund within 10 days from the announcement of the postponement.
   3. Program Changes
      The Organizer reserves the right to change the Conference program, including the lineup of speakers, topics of presentations, and schedule, without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Participant Conduct and Refusal of Access

   1. The Participant undertakes to comply with public order, the rules of conduct established by the Organizer, and safety requirements at the Conference venue.
   2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access or remove from the Conference premises any Participant whose behavior violates public order, threatens the safety of other Participants or the Organizer, or damages the reputation of the Conference, without reimbursement of the Ticket price.

6. Intellectual Property and Photo/Video Recording

   1. All materials presented at the Conference (presentations, reports, videos) are the intellectual property of their authors and the Organizer. Copying, distribution, or use of these materials without the written consent of the copyright holders is prohibited.
   2. By attending the Conference, the Participant consents to the photo and video recording of their participation and the use of these materials by the Organizer for marketing and promotional purposes, including publication on the Internet and social media, without additional compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

   1. The Organizer is not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred by the Participant during attendance at the Conference, except as provided by applicable law.
   2. The Organizer's liability to the Buyer is in any case limited to the cost of the purchased Ticket.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

   1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
   2. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent court of Cyprus.
